First: Online store policies
1- Store working days:
- From Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays.
- The first five days of holidays are considered holidays and are not counted as working days.
- Any reference to "business days" in other terms means store business days only.
2- Technical support:
- Technical support is available during business days from 8 AM to 5 PM.

3- Requests:
- Order processing time : 10 to 15 working days, increasing to 15–20 days during seasons and special offers.
- Customer must check available methods before paying.
- Please read the product description carefully before ordering. Some sizes and shapes may differ slightly from the pictures due to continuous updating.
- Choosing a particular type of product means that you fully acknowledge its specifications.
- An order cannot be cancelled or returned after processing has begun or the shipping bill has been issued.
- All known product information is included in the product description, and if you have any questions, please contact us via the available means.
- Coffee roasting dates do not exceed 3 months from the order date, and it is recommended to use it within one month of roasting.
- If the order arrives incomplete or non-compliant, please notify the store within one business day of receipt, so that it can be replaced or cancelled.
- The customer must provide us with a clear address that includes: name, mobile number (WhatsApp), street, house number, neighborhood, and a prominent landmark. Missing any of these information is considered a missing address.
- For international shipments, the address must be provided in English. Failure to do so waives the store's liability for any loss or damage to the shipment.
- International orders may incur customs duties and taxes that are not covered by the store.
4- Cancellation, modification and refund:
- Please keep the original invoice, no order will be accepted without it.
- Products can be returned or exchanged within 5 days (if necessary) from the original invoice date, and the customer bears the shipping costs.
- The order cannot be modified or cancelled after payment.
- Products can only be exchanged or returned if they are damaged or unusable, and the store must be notified within one business day of receipt.
- Exchanges or returns are not available for coffee or custom service products, unless there is visible damage to the coffee.
- Refunds will be made within 18 days of receiving the shipment from the shipping company, or a replacement product will be sent within the same period in the event of a replacement.
5- Shipping:
- The store does not make any changes to the address after it is registered by the customer, and the shipment is delivered according to the address provided.
- Orders are delivered to the shipping company within 3–7 business days .
- Shipping time is approximate and may extend to a maximum of 15 working days .
- Any delay due to lack of information does not hold the store responsible.
- If the shipment is returned due to incomplete data, the customer will bear the return and shipping costs.
- The time is calculated after the order is delivered to the shipping company.
- The store may change the shipping company if the order interest requires it.
- Tracking the shipment after delivery to the shipping company is the customer's responsibility.
- If the tracking number is not received, the customer must contact the store.
- Shipment delays due to shipping company are not the store's responsibility.
- Orders placed on Thursday before 12 PM will be shipped the same day, and orders placed after that will be shipped on Sunday.
- If the shipment is not received, the store must be notified within 3 business days .
- If the shipment is returned and not received by the customer, the order will be canceled, the shipping and return fees will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be returned within 14 business days .
6- Privacy and data:
- The store is committed to protecting customer data.
- The store has the right to use the data for marketing purposes, and the customer can unsubscribe at any time.
7- Special services:
- Grinding service is not available for any request.
- Returns or exchanges are not available for custom service products.
- The store is not responsible for any error resulting from failure to comply with the terms of these products.
8- General provisions:
- The customer bears the shipping costs when returning or exchanging the product unless there is a defect.
- Returns and exchanges are not accepted in the following cases:
- If the product is used.
- If the product weight is reduced.
- If the product is part of a custom service.
