First: Discount Policy
- The crop discount is applied only once per customer .
- Discount codes do not apply to discounted products or special offers.
Second: Wholesale Sales
- Products intended for wholesale sales are available to authorized wholesale customers only .
- Wholesale orders are accepted via bank transfer only .
- In the event that a wholesale order is placed by non-wholesale customers, the store reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid to the customer.
Third: Privacy Policy and Data Protection
- The store is committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of customer information, and does not share, sell, or print any personal data to any third party.
- When a customer submits their personal information through the website, the store undertakes to take the necessary measures to protect this information both on and off the website.
- The store uses multiple security systems and technologies to limit unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of personal information.
- Data is stored on systems with limited access for authorized personnel only, and employees are trained to handle data securely according to the latest security practices.
Account privacy
- The customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account data and password.
- The customer bears full responsibility for all activities that take place using his account or password.
- If the user is under 18 years of age, they may not use the store's services except with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
- The store reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or modify content, or cancel orders at its discretion.
Fourth: E-commerce store policies
1. Working days
- The store's working days are from Sunday to Thursday , excluding public holidays.
- The first five days of official holidays are considered holidays and are not counted as working days.
- The term “working days” used in these policies refers only to the store’s working days.
2. Technical Support

3. Requests
- Order processing time ranges from 10 to 15 working days , and may extend to 20 working days during seasons and promotions.
- The customer is obligated to review the product description before completing the purchase, and some minor details in sizes or shapes may vary.
- Completing the purchase and payment process constitutes an acknowledgment of the product specifications and acceptance of all policies and conditions.
- Free products are provided on the condition that the order is not less than 50 riyals, and each order is entitled to one free product, and it cannot be claimed separately from the order.
- The order cannot be cancelled or modified after processing has begun or the bill of lading has been issued.
- The coffee roasting dates should not exceed three months from the order date, and it is recommended to use it one month after roasting.
- If an order is received that is incomplete or does not match the description, the store must be notified within one business day of the date of receipt.
- If the order contains both pre-ordered and available products, the entire order will be shipped when all products are fully available.
- The customer is obligated to provide a correct and complete shipping address, and bears any delay or cost resulting from a lack or error in the data.
- International shipping may incur customs duties or taxes that are not covered by the store.
4. Cancellation, Returns, and Exchanges
- The original invoice must be retained for consideration of any request.
- The order cannot be modified or cancelled after payment and processing has begun.
- Returns and exchanges are limited to damaged or unusable products only, with notification within one business day of receipt.
- Coffee and made-to-order products are not covered by the return or exchange policy unless there is damage.
- The refund will be processed within 18 working days from the date of receipt of the returned shipment.
5. Shipping
- The shipping address cannot be changed after the order has been registered.
- The order is delivered to the shipping company within 3 to 7 business days .
- Shipping time is an estimate and may extend to a maximum of 15 working days .
- The store is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company or lack of customer data.
- Customs duties and taxes for international orders are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- In the event of a return due to missing data, the customer bears the costs of return and reshipping.
- If the shipment is not received and is returned, the shipping and return fees will be deducted, and the amount will be refunded within 14 business days .
- Orders placed on Thursday before 12 noon will be delivered to the shipping company on the same day, and those placed after that will be delivered on Sunday.
6. Special Services
- Grinding service is not available.
- Custom-made products are not covered by the return or exchange policy unless there is damage.
- The store assumes no responsibility for the consequences of failure to comply with the product's usage instructions.
Fifth: General Provisions
- The customer bears the shipping costs in cases of return or exchange, unless the error is from the store.
- Returns or exchanges are not accepted in the following cases:
- Product usage
- weight loss
- Custom-made products
