Recipe 1: Hot V60 (20g for strong, 18g for mild)


Quantity: 1 cup / 230 ml


Time: 3-4 minutes


Coffee: 18g (medium grind) Regular brewing method


Steps:


  • Place the funnel with the paper filter on the server and rinse the filter with water.


  • Discard the water in the server and add 18 grams of coffee.


  • Pour 40g of hot water at 93°C to moisten (30 seconds).


  • Pour slowly until you reach 260g (preparation time about 3:00).


  • Stir gently and enjoy.


Recipe 2: Iced V60 (25g for strong, 20g for light)


Quantity: 1 cup / 300 grams


Time: 2:30 - 3 minutes


Coffee: 20g (medium fine grind) Regular brewing method


Steps:


  • Place the filter in the funnel and rinse the filter.


  • Add 180g of ice to the server.


  • Place the funnel on the server and add 20 grams of coffee.


  • Pour 40g of hot water at 93°C to moisten (30 seconds).


  • Slowly pour in 160g of hot water (preparation time about 2:30).


  • Stir gently, pour into a cup, and enjoy chilled.
