There, farmers work with exceptional care to pick the first fruits, a harvest they call the “heart of the season,” because it captures the essence of nature’s ripeness, energy, and life.

Each bean is hand-picked and left to dry slowly in the highland breeze, creating a flavour that is like a poem slowly crafted by nature.
